Data subject access request

The Protection of Personal Information Act, POPIA, gives individuals the right to ask our organisation to confirm whether we are processing their personal information, to provide them with a copy of the RECORD of that personal information, to respond to requests for CORRECTION or DELETION of personal information, or OBJECTIONs to the processing of their personal information.

Personal information can be any information identifiable to a particular person. For example: name, contact details, email, race, health status, etc. Download and complete the relevant Form. Select the relevant request type, complete the details and 'Submit' it online, remembering to attach a copy of your ID and your completed Form.
